Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dentkingusa.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Dent King of South Florida Inc. ("Dent King," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

Dent King provides paintless dent repair (PDR) services for vehicles in the South Florida area. Quotes provided through our Site are estimates based on customer-submitted information and photos. Final pricing is determined upon in-person inspection of the vehicle.


2. Quote Requests and Appointments

  • Quote requests submitted through our Site are not binding contracts. We reserve the right to decline jobs that fall outside our service scope (for example, paint damage, full-collision damage, vehicles outside our service area).
  • Appointment availability is subject to confirmation. We will confirm scheduled appointments via SMS, email, or phone.
  • Customers are responsible for delivering vehicles to the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time. No-show appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion.


3. SMS Program Terms

By submitting your phone number on our quote-request form, you agree to participate in the Dent King SMS messaging program (the "Program") under the following terms:


  • Program name: Dent King Customer Care SMS
  • Program description: SMS messages related to your quote request, including quote confirmations, photo requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, repair completion notices, and post-service follow-up.
  • Message frequency: varies — typically 2 to 6 messages per service interaction.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Supported carriers: all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at kevin@dentkingusa.com or [insert business phone].
  • Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.


Dent King is not responsible for delays in delivery of SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or device. Carrier rates, terms, and availability are subject to change.


4. Payment

Payment for completed services is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned-payment fees may apply for declined transactions.


5. Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed repair, contact us within 30 days and we will inspect the vehicle and address the issue at no additional cost where the issue results from our workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent impact, environmental conditions, or modification of the repaired panel.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:


  • Providing accurate information about the vehicle and damage when requesting a quote
  • Removing personal items from the vehicle before delivering it for service
  • Confirming or rescheduling appointments in a timely manner
  • Paying for completed services on time


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Dent King's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at dentkingusa.com/terms with the effective date.
